Privacy and Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by the Holistic Pursuit for Wellness in relation to its health analysis program, participant intake process, longitudinal survey activities, and associated internal operations, all of which are conducted under a non-prescriptive, evidence-driven, and privacy-conscious framework. The organization states that it is a multidisciplinary collective composed of doctors, dietitians, scientists, and related internal teams; that it operates from its main headquarters at 677 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115; and that the program is not aligned with government agencies or pharmaceutical entities, in order to preserve objectivity, reduce external bias, and protect the integrity of the analysis.

By accessing, enrolling in, or otherwise participating in the program, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the organization may collect, receive, store, process, analyze, and retain information voluntarily submitted through application forms, survey forms, follow-up forms, and related communications, solely for the operational, analytical, educational, and programmatic purposes described herein. The participant further acknowledges that the program is designed as a blind study and a longitudinal health analysis, and that individual identity is intended to be protected so that personal information is not used in an individualized, publicly identifiable, or commercially exploitative manner.

For purposes of this Policy, “Participant” means any invited or accepted individual who elects to join the program; “Personal Data” means information that can directly or indirectly identify a person; “Survey Data” means the information the participant elects to disclose concerning diet, lifestyle, mood, sleep, energy levels, symptoms, activity/exercise, daily living, and other health-related matters; and “Aggregated Data” means information combined with other participants’ submissions for analysis, pattern recognition, and internal research use. The organization emphasizes that the participant is not required to disclose every available detail, and that the depth and breadth of disclosure remains subject to the participant’s discretion, provided the participant still gives truthful and coherent information sufficient for meaningful analysis.

Eligibility is limited to individuals who are 20 years of age or older, who possess the cognitive capacity to understand the program and its forms, and who can read, write, and comprehend English and their native language. The organization further states that enrollment is controlled so that, as a general rule, only one individual per family, including cousins, may participate, in order to preserve diversity and reduce environmental bias. Participation is offered by invitation and/or controlled acceptance, and the program is expressly described as voluntary, non-forced, and open only to those who choose to accept the opportunity after review of the terms and conditions.

The participant understands that the program does not compel obedience to any lifestyle directive, medical directive, or nutritional command. The organization does not purport to dictate what a participant must eat, think, decide, consume, or do in ordinary daily life; rather, it requests information for observation and analysis, while leaving the participant in full possession of personal autonomy. If the participant is already under a physician’s care or taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical professional, the participant is instructed to continue following that physician’s guidance.

The information sought by the program is intended to include, without limitation, the participant’s diet, lifestyle, mood, sleep patterns, energy levels, symptoms, physical activity, exercise, personal experiences, and similar health-related observations that the participant is willing to share. The organization explains that such data is used to identify trends, tendencies, correlations, and broader wellness patterns, and to support the development of targeted nutritional products such as vitamins, minerals, and other food supplements, while maintaining the distinction that the organization does not present the program as a medicine-dispensing or drug-prescribing enterprise.

The participant further acknowledges that the organization may assess the completeness, consistency, credibility, and usefulness of submitted data for purposes of quality control, program integrity, and longitudinal interpretation. The materials provided indicate that there are two forms involved in the intake process: one application form used to invite and orient the participant, and another more extensive form intended to test sincerity, truthfulness, and whether the participant’s declarations are sufficiently coherent and reliable for the program’s purposes.

The organization states that participation is free of charge, that no registration fee is required, and that participants are not required to purchase any supplement in order to remain enrolled. The fact that the organization sells supplements is separate from participation in the health analysis program. Any purchase of goods, if voluntarily made, is treated as an external commercial transaction distinct from the participant’s enrollment in the survey program itself.

The participant also acknowledges that the organization does not require bank account numbers, digital wallet credentials, or similar financial identifiers as a condition for enrollment or ongoing participation. The materials specify that any incentive or honorarium, when applicable, may be distributed through a micro-financial service provider, remittance center, or money transfer operator, with the participant’s name used only as needed for lawful receipt and identity matching. Certificates may be issued electronically, including in PDF form.

The program’s operating model is described as involving internal teams and controlled partners that function within the organization’s umbrella structure, including separate groups responsible for research, administration, supplements, certificates, incentives, and related functions. The organization states that it does not rely on affiliated external research institutions for this work, and that the hosting or data infrastructure is managed through a single provider arrangement rather than a fragmented array of unrelated platforms.

The organization hereby articulates, declares, and sets forth that all information, data, disclosures, submissions, entries, responses, and other communicative inputs provided by the Participant—whether by way of initial application, extended survey instruments, periodic follow-up forms, or any analogous or supplementary mechanism of data transmission—shall be collected, received, recorded, organized, structured, stored, adapted, analyzed, interpreted, and otherwise processed strictly and exclusively for purposes that are internal, programmatic, analytical, research-oriented, developmental, and operational in nature. Such purposes include, but are not limited to, identifying behavioral patterns, evaluating nutritional correlations, observing lifestyle-health interdependencies, and facilitating the iterative development of wellness-related products and frameworks.

In an abundance of caution and with deliberate redundancy for purposes of clarity, the organization emphasizes that the Participant’s Personal Data and Survey Data shall not be utilized for individualized profiling in a publicly identifiable manner, nor shall such data be commodified, commercialized, sold, leased, traded, or otherwise transferred to unrelated third parties for profit-driven exploitation. Rather, the organization commits to the principle that data shall be transformed, where necessary and appropriate, into Aggregated Data, anonymized datasets, or de-identified informational constructs, such that the identity of any individual Participant is obscured, concealed, and rendered non-discernible within the broader analytical corpus.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that certain limited disclosures, transmissions, or internal disseminations of data may occur within the organization’s ecosystem of operational units, subdivisions, and functionally distinct teams, including but not limited to research teams, administrative personnel, technical support units, data processing staff, and product development divisions. Such internal sharing is conducted on a need-to-know basis, under conditions of confidentiality, and for the sole purpose of executing the legitimate objectives of the program.

Furthermore, the organization may, where operationally necessary and procedurally justified, engage service providers, intermediaries, or logistical facilitators—such as micro-financial service entities, remittance channels, or digital infrastructure providers—for the limited purpose of delivering incentives, maintaining records, or enabling technical functionality. In such cases, only the minimum amount of information reasonably required to accomplish the specific task shall be disclosed, and such disclosure shall not extend beyond what is necessary, appropriate, and proportionate to the intended function.

With respect to data retention, the organization adopts a policy of retaining Participant data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data was collected, including ongoing longitudinal analysis, trend comparison across time intervals, and retrospective evaluation of health-related patterns. The Participant understands that, due to the longitudinal nature of the study, data may be preserved for extended durations; however, such retention is bounded by the principles of necessity, relevance, and proportionality, and is not indefinite in an arbitrary or uncontrolled sense.

The Participant is hereby informed that participation in the program is entirely voluntary and may be discontinued at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason, without penalty, sanction, or adverse consequence. Upon withdrawal, the organization shall cease the active collection of new data from the Participant; however, previously collected data may, to the extent already incorporated into aggregated analyses or anonymized datasets, continue to be retained and used in a manner that does not identify the Participant personally.

In recognition of the Participant’s autonomy and informational self-determination, the organization acknowledges that the Participant retains the right, subject to reasonable verification procedures, to request access to their submitted data, to request clarification regarding how such data is used, and, where feasible and not in conflict with the integrity of aggregated datasets, to request correction of materially inaccurate information. The organization may require sufficient identifying details to verify the authenticity of such requests before acting upon them.

The organization also affirms that it does not intentionally solicit or collect financial account credentials, sensitive payment identifiers, or unrelated personal secrets that are not materially relevant to the program’s objectives. Participants are expressly discouraged from submitting extraneous or excessively sensitive information that falls outside the scope of dietary, lifestyle, and general wellness-related disclosures.

In relation to confidentiality and data protection, the organization represents that it employs reasonable administrative, procedural, and technical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. While no system can be declared absolutely invulnerable, the organization endeavors, in good faith and with due diligence, to maintain a level of security commensurate with the nature and sensitivity of the data being processed.

The Participant further acknowledges that all communications, including but not limited to emails, electronic forms, and digital submissions, may pass through or be stored within centralized systems operated by designated infrastructure providers under the organization’s control or arrangement. Such systems are selected with consideration for reliability and operational efficiency, and are not intended to expose Participant data to uncontrolled or public environments.

In continuation of the foregoing provisions, the organization hereby sets forth, articulates, and reiterates—by way of explicit declaration, redundant clarification, and intentional legal emphasis—that the Participant’s engagement in the program constitutes an act of informed, voluntary, and revocable consent, granted with full awareness that the program operates as a non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-therapeutic observational initiative, rather than as a substitute for professional medical consultation, licensed treatment, or regulated healthcare intervention.

For the avoidance of doubt, and in order to eliminate ambiguity through deliberate circumlocution, the organization does not represent, warrant, guarantee, or imply that participation in the program shall result in diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease, disorder, or medical condition. The Participant expressly acknowledges that the program’s outputs, analyses, interpretations, and any associated recommendations—if any are provided—are informational, observational, and generalized in nature, and are not tailored medical prescriptions nor individualized clinical directives.

The Participant further understands and agrees that any decisions made in relation to diet, lifestyle, supplementation, or health-related behavior are undertaken at the Participant’s sole discretion, independent judgment, and personal responsibility. The organization disclaims liability for outcomes arising from such decisions, particularly where the Participant elects to modify or disregard existing medical advice provided by a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider. The Participant is explicitly advised, and repeatedly reminded, to continue following the guidance of their own doctor, especially where pre-existing conditions, ongoing treatments, or prescribed medications are involved.

In an extended and emphatic clarification, the organization reiterates that it does not impose, enforce, mandate, or compel compliance with any instruction relating to eating habits, supplement intake, behavioral modification, or daily routines. The Participant retains full autonomy, full agency, and full control over all personal decisions, actions, and omissions. The program is observational rather than prescriptive, descriptive rather than directive, and analytical rather than authoritative.

The Participant acknowledges that the organization may, in the course of its operations, develop, manufacture, distribute, or otherwise offer vitamins, minerals, and food supplements, and that insights derived from aggregated Participant data may inform such product development. However, participation in the program does not obligate the Participant to purchase, consume, endorse, or otherwise engage with such products, and any such transaction, if undertaken, is conducted separately and independently from the Participant’s role in the health analysis program.

With respect to incentives, honoraria, or tokens of appreciation that may be extended to Participants, the organization clarifies that such benefits are conditional, discretionary, and subject to internal criteria, including but not limited to completeness of participation, consistency of responses, and overall engagement. The Participant acknowledges that such incentives are not wages, salaries, or guaranteed compensation, and that the absence, delay, or modification of such incentives shall not constitute a breach of obligation or entitlement.

In relation to interpretive construction, the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall be understood in a manner that gives effect to the organization’s intent to protect Participant privacy while preserving the operational viability of the program. Where any clause, sentence, or provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or legally deficient under applicable law, such determination shall not invalidate the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permissible. This clause is included for severability and continuity, ensuring that the document remains operative even in the presence of partial invalidity.

The Participant further agrees that any ambiguities, uncertainties, or interpretive disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in a manner consistent with the program’s stated purpose: namely, the ethical, confidential, and non-exploitative analysis of health-related information for research and development purposes. The language of this Policy, while intentionally verbose and expansive, is to be construed in good faith and not in a manner that would produce unreasonable, absurd, or unintended outcomes.

Additionally, the organization reserves the right, subject to reasonable notice where practicable, to amend, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy in order to reflect changes in operational practices, legal requirements, technological infrastructure, or program structure. Continued participation following such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms, unless the Participant elects to withdraw in accordance with the withdrawal provisions stated herein.

In this concluding section, the organization hereby provides, declares, and affirms—through layered articulation and deliberate legal formalism—that this Privacy Policy, together with all referenced forms, disclosures, acknowledgments, and consent instruments, constitutes the full and complete understanding between the Participant and the organization with respect to the collection, use, processing, storage, retention, and protection of personal and survey-related information within the scope of the program.

With respect to jurisdictional and governing considerations, the Participant acknowledges that the organization operates from its stated principal location at 677 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115, and that, to the extent applicable and not overridden by mandatory local law, this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of data protection, contractual interpretation, and good-faith engagement. Where the Participant resides in a jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, regulations, or statutory rights, such local provisions shall apply to the extent that they are mandatory and cannot be contractually waived.

In a cumulative and reiterative manner, the Participant affirms that they have been adequately informed—through written documentation, explanatory context, and voluntary review—of the nature, purpose, scope, and limitations of the program, including but not limited to:

* The non-medical, non-clinical, and non-diagnostic character of the program;
* The voluntary and revocable nature of participation;
* The types of data that may be collected, including lifestyle, dietary, and health-related information;
* The methods of use, including aggregation, anonymization, and internal analysis;
* The absence of coercion, obligation, or mandatory compliance with any directive;
* The separation between participation and any optional commercial transactions involving supplements;
* The confidential handling of information within controlled operational structures; and
* The limitations of liability associated with personal decision-making and interpretation of general information.

By proceeding with participation—whether by submitting an application, completing survey forms, engaging in follow-up communications, or otherwise providing information—the Participant provides explicit, informed, and affirmative consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Such consent is understood to be given freely, without misrepresentation, undue influence, or coercive inducement, and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the procedures outlined in prior sections.

The organization, in turn, affirms its commitment to uphold the principles of confidentiality, proportionality, data minimization, and responsible stewardship, ensuring that all collected information is handled in a manner that is consistent with the stated objectives of the program and respectful of Participant privacy. This commitment, while robust and intentionally emphasized through reiteration, is also bounded by practical and technological limitations inherent in any data-handling system.

For the sake of exhaustive clarity and to avoid interpretive omission, the Participant further acknowledges that:

* No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted access to the program or its systems;
* No absolute assurance can be given regarding the prevention of all possible data breaches, though reasonable safeguards are in place;
* No promise is made that participation will yield specific, measurable, or beneficial outcomes; and
* No fiduciary, medical, or advisory relationship is created beyond the limited scope of data analysis and program participation.

This Privacy Policy shall remain in effect for the duration of the Participant’s involvement and, where applicable, thereafter, insofar as retained data continues to be processed in anonymized or aggregated form.

Final Acknowledgment and Consent Declaration

By participating in the program, the Participant hereby confirms, represents, and warrants that they have read, understood, and agreed—fully, voluntarily, knowingly, and without reservation—to all provisions contained within this Privacy Policy, including its intentionally detailed, expansive, and legally expressive language.
